Skofa connects to the software a business already runs, and gives businesses without any the tools to work digitally from day one — including shops, churches, schools and pharmacies with no website at all.
Connect what you already use
- One connector engine for REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL and MCP servers, with OAuth sign-in, automatic token refresh, health monitoring and an honest status for every connection.
- A marketplace of ready connectors, plus a catalog of thousands of apps you can connect in a few clicks; you can also register your own private connector or import one from an OpenAPI file.
- For providers that act in one organisation (such as Xero), Skofa shows which organisation a connection uses, and an owner or admin can switch it from the list the provider itself returns.
- Every outbound request is checked so it can never reach private or internal networks.

- Switch on modules — core records, sales and invoicing, purchasing, inventory and warehouses, accounting and payments, projects, CRM, customer support, manufacturing, assets — and work in them in Skofa's workrooms.

- Add customers by hand or import a spreadsheet; file daily reports of sales and customers served; upload documents.
- Customer messages from your WhatsApp Business number arrive in a shared inbox, where they can be handled automatically by an AI employee you choose.
- Your dashboard counts customers from where they really live — entered in Skofa or synced from your systems — merged by email, with the source shown.

Knowledge your AI employees can cite
- Add policies, FAQs, product information and notes as knowledge sources; update, re-index, disable or remove them, with a freshness window per source.
- Search finds related wording as well as exact words — 'painkillers' finds 'paracetamol' — and shows exactly which source each answer came from.

Open to your own software
- A REST API (OpenAPI 3.1) with scoped, revocable API keys; safe retries on create with an Idempotency-Key.
- Signed outbound webhooks for completed and failed workflows, pending approvals and paid invoices — with a test event, in-place URL edits and secret rotation.

What is not there yet
- Connecting Gmail, HubSpot and Xero with one click needs Skofa's own developer apps to be approved by those providers; until then those connections are not live.
- Synced records are refreshed one page per system on a schedule, not as a full historical import.
- Plan prices are in Ghana cedis; billing runs through Paystack.
