Terms of Service
Version 1.0 — Draft
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Skofa account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. The service
Skofa provides an AI workforce orchestration platform that helps a business connect its data and software to configurable AI agents that perform work on the business's behalf, subject to the autonomy and approval settings the business configures.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Skofa to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another tenant's data.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you connect to Skofa. You grant Skofa a license to process that data solely to provide the service to you, subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. AI agent actions
Agents act within the permissions, tools, and autonomy level you configure. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions that require human approval, and for the autonomy settings you choose for actions that do not.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Skofa and delete your account at any time through account settings, subject to the deletion process described there. Skofa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skofa disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
Skofa may update these terms. A new version requires renewed acceptance before it takes effect for actions that depend on it.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the in-app support channel.
